While this has historically been a good store, I’m sharing my experience from this evening. After shopping for some tools and a tool storage bag (around $300 or so) I made my way to the checkout. No cashier lanes open with only self checkout available. I’m a grumpy grey haired old man and refuse to use self checkout lanes. We placed an online order early last week. Home Depot delivered it to the wrong address (in the wrong city). The reason we know is because the very kind recipient of our large order reached out on social media to find us and let us know. We have been trying to work with Home Depot to get our order and they have done absolutely nothing. They “escalated” the request and despite being a high priority matter, we have heard nothing and keep being told to be patient for longer. The customer service has been atrocious.
