Lots of materials and good pricing on tools, friendly staff
The online or over the phone service is terrible. As a contractor who lives not in saskatoon. There are many times the pro desk would be nice to talk to. But despite phoning and phoning, i have never been able to contact the pro desk. The south location i got through to the pro desk first call. But on the north location ive never got through and ive tried multiple different occasions and tried the pro desk number and the general phone number. Worst customer service ever. They are withholding my money telling me my delivery is on its way but it is a month late. Ordered patio furniture a month ago and they said delivery would be within a week and now summer is half over . Representatives will not let me cancel, lead me to believe it's coming (twice now) and it STILL isn't here. Also, my calls were redirected and then dropped twice after being on hold for long periods of time. Do NOT expect responsible or accountable service from this place.
