I have never been spoken to in a disrespectful manner at the North store like this afternoon . His name tag said he was Akash . I had just purchased & paid for a washer/dryer combo . Paid for in the appliance department . We had missed the purchase of hoses for the same reason. So up to the front we went . Had to redo my review as Richard from paint helped us a lot and gave us great insight during visit. Would recommend seeing him if he’s around. Great guy and very helpful.

I was trying to return a single plank I had left over from a recent purchase. I didn't have the receipt, but I did have my Home Depot card, which had all the purchase information. I had to wait over 30 minutes for an older employee who was extremely slow. It took three people and over half an hour just to process the return for a plank worth a few dollars. In the end, they only gave me store credit, which is ridiculous. I've spent so much money at this store and they've treated me like an idiot. The staff used to be helpful ... read more
