I bought my fridge 5 days ago at this location. My new fridge should have arrived today, but it didn't. I called their warehouse, and nothing has shown up. They don't know when it will arrive or can be delivered. These delays should not happen. When you say that this is the date of delivery, it means you have to deliver to the customer that day.
I love Home Depot, especially Port Coquitlam location. Almost every single staff member greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. The team here consistently goes above and beyond to help customers. I visited twice this week to purchase different items, and both times we left having an amazing experience. I probably interacted with six or seven staff members, and every one of them was friendly, helpful, and professional.
