Best experience and customer service by Will. He helped me with finding the right parts for replacing closet tracks. He went beyond to find out exactly what I was doing, assited me with cutting the tracks to the right size and also taught me how to do it myself while supervising me. My family has never experienced such terrible service from any company, ever. All we wanted was to purchase product, have the product delivered, and have it installed. From the beginning we weren’t listened to, have had account complications, and had to come in multiple times to have it explained and fixed. I’m writing on behalf of my friend who was outstanded by Ruby’s customer service. Not only amazing customer service but a great person overall, she offered my friend (with a sprained ankle) a chair without her needing to ask, and searched high and low for the product she needed. Home depot is lucky to have such a kind person working for them!!!
