As of today, my family and I will stop doing business with Home Depot. In 2017, it took them 4 attempts to deliver a fridge with issues ranging from delivering defected products to not having enough people to do a delivery. In 2025, just 3 months ago we ordered a new fridge and it took them 4 attempts to deliver it because they switched it with a washing machine and proceeded to deliver 2 more defected fridges over the span of a week. A huge store with a good team.
I renovated my rental properties and received amazing service and help from Basha, Saniel, Jibin and Riel. Very knowledgeable and also saved me a lot of money by recommending the Home Depot credit card.. They were a huge help throughout my project. Thanks guys.
