I've been a customer at this store for many years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The employees know a lot about Home Remodeling and have been very helpful. They also have a great variety of products. Big box stores get a bad rap and sometimes they deserve it. This HD is a good store with good selection and helpful employees.
This Home Depot is the armpit of Home Depot’s. Take the extra time and travel to Niles or Mentor where you can actually buy the products you need IN STORE. I get this location is located within higher income neighborhoods where people pay to have all their work done for them but some of us still do our own work and need supplies immediately.
