I was disappointed with my experience at this location. I stopped by to purchase fertilizer, and the staff I spoke with seemed unfamiliar with the products they were selling and were unable to answer basic questions or provide helpful guidance. Home improvement stores rely heavily on knowledgeable customer service, and unfortunately that was lacking during my visit. I really hope more product training can be provided to better assist customers in the future.
Very disappointed with my experience at Home Depot today. I arrived with a flatbed load of topsoil and checked in at 6:30 PM, which was my scheduled appointment time. The employee assigned to unload my truck, Greg, went on break around 6:30 PM and did not return until approximately 8:10 PM, even though his break was supposed to start at 7:00 PM.
