I had a wonderful experience today at this location with an employee named Diane. She helped me locate a leaf blower and vacuum combo, and helped me get the proper discount when it rang up the wrong price at the register. THEN she even took the time to help me set the item up, because I didn't know how to get it properly working. She REALLY took her time to help me and it was SO appreciated. Thank you DIANE!
Everything was good except for 2 sales ladies at customer service..
I went to this location on Tuesday September 15 I received extremely poor service from one of your associate I asked him to help to put a 30 kilo bag of asphalt repair bag I just had shoulder surgery recently His answer was ask the lumber department He continued his joking with 2 other associates This was a very poor customer service I remember when Annette Vershuren was running Home Depot She would never have this type of poor customer service take place With this attitude I don’t believe I will be going back soon
