I stopped by this Home Depot location recently to pick up some supplies for a DIY project, and for the most part, it was a solid experience. The store is large, well-stocked, and organized in the way you’d expect from a major hardware retailer — everything from tools to lighting to seasonal outdoor items was easy to find, and there was plenty of staff around to help if needed. Today I went to there at customer service deck to do price match. It supposed can be price match + 10% off, but she said only can do price match because she can’t found out any in-stock in their website. Then I show her if we can add into the cart then the meaning still in stock. I also show her if no more in stock you can’t add it. But she said she doesn’t know their website how is function? Then what is homedepot say “ guarantee?” Price march + 10% off.
