I went to this Home Depot the other day to grab a toilet, and honestly, the experience at the Customer Service desk was terrible. The lady at the desk, Kowshika, was super rude, sloppy, and completely unprofessional. She looked like she’d just rolled out of bed, answered my simple questions with zero patience, and kept yawning right in my face while I was talking to her.
