Update 10/24/25. A big thanks to Kevan and Alexis in paint. The swatch matching machine was down today but they were able to help me find a quick color match. It was busy and they handed themselves well among the chaos. Note: There is a little shady parking on the south end of the lot in front of the greenhouse. I’ve only bought a couple hundred pounds of sea shells, mulch and a few limestone landscaping blocks here. I think the garden center part of the store is really nice. The check out lady was very helpful. .

Alex the Department Supervisor was super unprofessional. I asked a few questions about an item and he was quite irate about answering a simple question. He then started to assume and profile me and was insulting in nature to where I had to clarify myself 3 times to get an answer that was still, not an answer. As if he knows the future. LOST out on over 200$ purchase if not more.

I'm a plumbing contractor, been coming to Home Depot for years. Spent over $100,000 this year alone. More recently from the past few years Home Depot is catered more to homeowners and less to contractors. Not only could I not find parking, except super far away. Just trying to get into the front door was so frustrating I walked back to my truck and drove to Hughes supply in Hudson who know how to treat a plumbing contractor.
