I have come a few times this past summer for supplies to build a day bed, so I’m in the lumber department often, and Willow has always been there to help me with any questions I have, helping me pick out the best pieces of lumber, and giving great advice when I’m cutting my 4’x8’ plywood pieces so I get the most out of them. She is so so knowledgeable and I know I’m in good hands whenever I walk in and she’s available to help! I keep coming back to this specific location cause of her. Staff in paint section (older man and his helper) have zero customer service skills and treated a request for help finding a specific paint product as if I personally insulted them and interrupted their navel gazing.
Omg! The customer service was so on point, I was asked if I needed any help by at least 5 staff and they were very nice and very helpful. They Wowed me and I just had to write a review.
I always encounter great employees at Home Depot near my home. Suraj and TJ in the outdoor plants department helped me bring my plants and soil to my car. They were very helpful and appreciate their jobs!
