On August 14, 2025, I visited the Home Depot at Gerrard Square and asked for assistance from one of the associates, Taso. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had in a retail store. From the beginning, his attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Great store.
Trying to authorize someone to return a water heater on my behalf and store associate made up a bunch of reasons why they can’t… it’s a very simple process and the lady was dismissive and not helpful saying it’s private information… obviously it’s not.
