Awesome, new fan it is great
Probably some of the best views from a store like this. This Home Depot seems to be steadily busy and is usually well stocked. The staff is not super helpful, but more focused on filling the shelves etc. There has been some recent improvement, especially among the younger staff being willing and interested to help.
If you are looking for the exact opposite customer service from the service advertised in their commercials than this is the store for you. They have made a handmade sign to ask you to NOT approach the customer service desk but to wait until you are called. Had to stand in line twice today regarding an incorrect order and each time despite have multiple people in line blocking entrance to store, the “customer service” individuals were more interested in chatting between themselves then helping customers. Tina in Customer Service is an absolute sweetheart. She helped me search for a purchase that I made and was so patient and so successful in helping me. As she mentioned, she realizes how stressful it is to return things, and having had some extra training in this it clearly shows!
