I bought a Dewalt pressure washer from their store on Feb. 20th 2026. I used it twice for a total 1 hour. It sat in my shop until this week when I tried to use it again and it wouldn’t crank. Store Manager was very rude while she explained to me that their nomenclature on the receipt shows a 7 day return policy and 90 day return policy in very fine print. You need to hunt any HD associate to open the locks and gates and then he or she would take it to the from for you to purchase. I do felt they treat me like criminal this morning.
