After looking at posted reviews and reading positive customers' experiences on Reddit, I feel like I was just unlucky. First time getting wood cut and a friendly lady led me to where I could get my lumber cut. The employee was a middle-aged man, in-training, was extremely grumpy, tense and didn't bother to listen to my request properly. I needed 2 pieces of 6' wood sawed in half and he said to look at the sign and that I cannot request a "precise cut" unless I pay a dollar, that the two free cuts cannot be precise.
