Hi, I just wanted to provide some feedback about an experience I had at one of your Home Depot locations. I went to pick up a couple of orders, and the associate assisting me — an older Tamil lady — had a lot of attitude and was quite unhelpful. She seemed frustrated, struggled with the task, and wasn’t polite throughout the interaction. My favourite Home Depot and it’s not even close. I’ve dealt with Na’il a few times before for various things and he always goes above and beyond to help you get things done right the first time. My most recent visit was no exception. Na’il with your guidance I was barbecuing in no time once again! Home Depot you have a special one, please take care of him.
The salesman at this Home Depot location was so helpful. He showed me many tools that would help me and gave me ideas as to how to fix a repair on my own and the confidence to do it. And I did it ! No handyman was needed. When I need to go back to this location I will be sure to thank him. This is the kind of staff that stores need !!! Thank you kind Sir.
