I want to give your Gaylord Michigan store Customer Service Representative "Jasper" a HUGH shout out and thank you!! Jasper was VERY helpful and her customer service was on point. On December 13th 2025 we went through the self checkout lane and made our purchases. We had a few larger items that after we rang them up we sat them up against the candy rack. My boyfriend and I went into this store yesterday to buy a few things. We got a runner and a snow shovel along with a few other things... ended up leaving those 2 things at the store. We didn't realize it until we had gotten home at the end of the day. We called the store and spoke with Jasper.
