The person that helped at the service desk (tall, buzz cut, wearing an n-95 mask) was absolutely amazing and upbeat. Super fun and helpful.
I want a mini split system installed. Home Depot referred me to SGI for a consultation. SGI made an appointment and sent a central AC salesman. The salesman seemed confused, and said they didnt know much about Home depot's equipment....why did Home Depot refer me to SGI?
I have been shopping at the Gaylord location for years, and have never had a bad experience until today. I believe the man’s name was Steve, and he operates the forklift. We bought 145 20lb retaining wall blocks and we kindly asked the women in the garden department if it was at all possible to have someone lift the entire pallet into our truck.
