Ordered a pressure washer, which was delivered damaged. Ordered a second pressure washer, which came missing parts. Customer service made me call manufacturer and have them ship to me. I stopped by the Bemidji, MN Home Depot around 1 p.m. on a Saturday in September for a quick errand to pick up a tool. The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, especially with the Home Depot app showing the exact aisle and bay for what I needed. A younger associate was especially helpful—he took time to talk through my project and suggested alternative tools when the exact item I wanted wasn’t available.
