The gentleman that helped me with the wood was very helpful. He even helped me load it in the trailer.
When Courtney and Dianna were working this place was top notch, as of recently it's really gotten so sad as far as customer service goes. When we first moved here we dropped several thousand. With how we have repeatedly been treated, we've moved most purchases to other places that care more about their customers
Every time I order for a pick up or have it delivered, I’ve had to return wood and this last time I had my Child pick up the wood. I’m supposed to be able to trust Home Depot to pick Out good solid pieces that people would go in and purchase I have gotten half of my two by fours that are green treated or crap picture for example example I have seven others that look just the same.
