I called looking for a specific product and ended up speaking with an employee in the cabinet and appliance section (Jolene). This ladies went way beyond what the normal person usually does to help but before finalizing some info needed to wait for the manager to come in. She told me to call back at a certain time and she would have it taken care and let me know. Sore enough I called back when told and it was actually done.
