Very poor customer service. The staff had a bad attitude, and it was incredibly difficult to find anyone willing to help. Employees seemed uninterested and unprofessional. I expected much better service from Home Depot.

I had such a wonderful experience at Home Depot thanks to Rosamina. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her kindness and genuine willingness to help truly stood out — she’s a beautiful soul and a real asset to the team. Thank you, Rosamina!!!
Customer service is terrible; to return anything you have to wait forever, ask for the manager, and you get a bad attitude.
