Very Bad Experience with Lue Lue, Try to avoid this employee. Very Rude and Arrogant behavior.
Don’t waste your time with delivery of an online order from the store. Delivered incorrect item. After 45 minutes on the phone, I was told I needed to return the incorrect item and wait for it to be processed before they would start processing the replacement with the correct item. The point of ordering online for same day delivery was to get the items I needed in a timely fashion. Nobody I talked to seemed to understand or care that Home Depot’s mistake was creating extra work and delays for the customer. Very disappointed.
I had to wait half an hour in curbside pickup just to get frustrated and get it myself after calling and being told it would be right out
