The customer service here is by far the worst ever. The employee stand around and look at you knowing that you need assistance one out of 10 times and employee will check with you to see if you need assistance but other than that, I can’t stand this store. I hate the fact that this is my neighborhood, Home Depot.
I want to give a big shout out to this rare honest human Alie. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot. I came back hours later to the return desk where Amanda & Victoria handed me my wallet with broad smiles. Thank you Home Depot for hiring the best.
The Home Depot in Manassas right off I-66 is a perfect example of how far retail has fallen. I stood in the plumbing aisle for nearly 40 minutes waiting for assistance. During that time, three different employees walked past, and three separate overhead pages were made asking for someone to help in plumbing. Not one person showed up. What is wrong with this store? I made an expensive order online, which was supposed to be delivered same day. The driver drops off all the small items and leaves out the giant 200 dollar item. After spending over half an hour on the phone with various employees, they tell me I have to come pick it up. When I tell them I want it delivered, which was the whole point, they say they have to review the photo. The item is clearly not pictured.
