It's Ryobi so understand the products are cheap. Lawn mower barley catches the grass in the bag causing more clean up. Try and use their leaf blower and the extensions keep falling off.
I’ve been shopping at Home Depot since buying my first house 20 years ago, and this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had there. Nigel was professional, patient and genuinely willing to help, taking the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed before leaving the store. For me, great service matters even more than price, and Nigel is a perfect example of what customer service should be. Home Depot could definitely use more employees like him. For me,it’s convenient to stop by and pick up a few things on my way home from work. Finding a parking spot might take a little time occasionally,but it’s not too bad.
