I love shopping here. I can shop here with or without help. The store gets a 5/5 stars. The staff, not so much. For a store that thrived on excellent customer service, you are faltering in that department.
I purchased a refrigerator after the last one from Home Depot quit after 3 years. It was about the 10th major appliance over the years. The Samsung models had issues during Covid and HD failed to tell me that. We were scheduled for delivery on 9-11-25 and stayed home all day. The fridge never arrived that day. Nobody would answer at the Delivery Dept. I called for a reschedule for 9-12. Approaching quitting time for deliveries, I called.
