Do not take an order from someone and lie about the whereabouts of the product. Bought a door, wasn't going to fit so we returned the door, and was going to get a different one. was told by an associate that we could purchase a a door jam extension kit, they said it was showing 4 in stock but they were in the back. RecommendedPrices are good, but customer service this trip did not rate high. My husband and I returned some lumber and got 30 pieces of 2 x 6 x 12 to replace it. Not one person offered to help "load" them on the cart, or even ask if we were doing ok. Taking out the lumber and having pieces slide down or fall is an accident waiting to happen to your customers. When we got the lumber to the trailer to unload from the cart, not one young employee there offered to help, there were 3 young guys(employees) but they walked thru just talking.... read more

costumer services needs to be addressed. and when you all say a delivery time follow threw with it. dont jerk your costumer around
Went to homedepot today for a wifi camera. I used the app to find where they are. There was nothing there, but it showed they had 30. So I asked customer service the lady took one look at my phone told me the app isn't very accurate and they must be out. She litterally did nothing to actually help me. So I left, and ordered it for same day in store pick up...huh weird they did have it. Glad I got it, but pretty irritated with the piss poor customer service.
making people wait at the door for up to a hour and that includes disabled. I will never shop there again.
Don't buy appliances from the Home Depot in Klamath Falls Or if you happen to get a brand new appliance and it's defective they will not help you or refund the purchase, the repair service that they have for their sales of Appliances can't seem to fix anything and they hang up on you, won't return your calls and are horrible!!
