Went to Home Depot this am, 10/18. In Flooring 3 employees had no masks on. (One had it just over his mouth.) I asked why no masks and one laughed and said I forgot, putting it on. I looked back and she immediately took it off again. My husband was waiting to go to the men's restroom...sign said it was getting cleaned. He heard talking in there and the lady, no mask, was talking on her phone. Thanks, Home Depot.

All the customers have mask and how comes and stands next to us an employee with no mask. Wow. He is here all day he should be the one wearing mask. Shame on home depot
The last five years this store has gone down hill more and more. Bought a very expensive zero turn lawn mower and have had to put more money into repairing it then it has actually worked for us. Home Depot did nothing. Ordered a counter top for our bathroom and the holes were in the wrong place (we gave right measurements) reordered then they called us multiple times saying the new one was in went to pick it up at the store and they LOST it a COUNTER TOP how do you lose a giant counter top. I'm not sure what has been going on but in the last 3-4 months I have been very disappointed. I had a $17k order on cabinets alone, SEVERAL issues, almost all my cabinets had flaws in them. We were shorted a lot of items. I tried calling and leaving a VM and no one calls back, and then we order $1600 in doors and i need to order more and still cannot get ahold of anyone. Very disappointing.
Came today and installed my new washing machine. Very nice guys. Didn’t take em long and knew what they were doing. Thank you. Please pass this on to your employees.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for many of years I even have a business account with them, this coronaviruses gone too far your just as likely to catch it during the evening as you are the day. Extremely disappointed way to help your pro members and contractors .
