I have tried on two separate occasions to get work done through this store. Both times, I spent over an hour in the store to set up flooring, then on my anniversary, stopped in for a purchase that took me 2HOURS to get scheduled because the person helping me "wasn't from that department"... that was on 9-2-20. I called a week later because I hadn't heard anything and was told "you are scheduled".... fast forward to 9-15-20 and still, no word from anyone. called again, to check, was told it was still scheduled.... later that ... read more

I’ve always been happy with the customer service at this location. However, I just recently read about a store in Washington (Spokane Valley). It was stated that Home Depot no longer gives discounts to veterans. Is this true? I’m not a vet, but I do believe a discount should be given.

Every time I go to the garden area, plants are dying. I talked with the vendor, the store employees are supposed to water the plants. It is sad. These are living things, just going in the trash, because you are too lazy to water them every day. I will be contacting corporate.

They have a person standing at the entrance counting people. But they dont have anyone sanitizing carts, or even providing wipes. looks like all they care about is how much money they can make. No Good! Clean up your act.

Improve training and education on customer service. Crosstrain associates and instruct them that if a customer needs assistance it's their responsibility to find answers. My husband and I have made several hundred dollars worth of purchases just in the last month. Every single time I ask for help with pick up or loading something I'm told that it's not that person's job or to go ask someone else. No one calls and attempts to get me help and they brush people off rudely. Last time I was at the store an associate was stocking ... read more

terrible store if you want to purchase an item from the yard you have to goto the yard even if you have items that you are purchasing inside....how hard is to look an item up charge for it and give a load tickets.....ace has done for years..... I don't need the inconvenience of making multiple purchase.
