My great grandson and I went to Home Depot this afternoon looking for a special item. I was looking at the item I went after when he said he couldn't get an item we had bought just 15 minutes earlier at McRaes to work. Well, I decided on my item and we went looking for my lightbulbs. We met another employee and he asked her if she had a screwdriver. She told him no but asked why he needed it. He showed her the toy and she asked if she could help him. I can not thank Jacques enough for going above and beyond to help me find a hang on the wall thermometer tonight! He had an awesome attitude and big smile as we searched the store. With the help of Crystal and Santa they finally found the only three in the store....in a box...on the top of the shelve tucked away until spring! You guys rock! 5 stars all the way!
Found everything I needed n definitely will be shopping here again.

They are SLOW they never have ur stuff ready when it’s suppose to be! We spend more time at this store getting materials for jobs then it takes to do the job!!! Hands down worse store! Oh and I can tell you where things are faster than any employee they have and some are rude!
