For 3 days in a row, I walk around the washers and dryers for about 10 minutes without a single person asking me if I need assistance. There is nobody being helped at that time. Guess the hardware store gets my business.
They won’t even price match their own store! Fargo store has one price and they have another. Another reason not to go to Home Depot

Noticed the assistant manager going in and out of the bathroom while we were shopping....enough for us to take notice.... apparently she's was taking bathroom selfies for her Facebook page. there were customers waiting in lines...maybe she should focus on work instead of her social media while getting paid. how do these people get to be assistant managers when they focus on taking pics in a bathroom. such low standards these days. she claimed "dude, it's the only place I can sit for a minute" as her reply. great work ethic.
Fergus Falls Home Depot has amazing employees! We have worked with many people in different departments and found everyone remarkably helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. If they didn’t have an answer, they found the person who did. They seemed to find solutions for all our problems and gave great product advice. Thanks for all your help!
My dad purchased a grill from Home Depot. He tried to buy local, but they would not honor the $20 discount that Home Depot was offering online. He ordered it online, Home Depot in FF had to fulfill it, but tried to give him the floor model complete with bird crap on it. After much waiting time, he was forced to take an unassembled model with no other compensation offered. And people wonder why consumers do not shop locally.
We tried to purchase a washer and dryer set but were told that we had to order and it would take at least a week and a half. Because our washer had completely quit we asked both a floor personal as well as a manager if we could buy the floor model. They refused. I explained that I'd rather keep money local than go elsewhere but they still refused.
