customer service people, (manager and head cashier specifically) need some training on how to be nice to people! bedside manner needed....LOL

This store use to be a really good store but has went to hell in a hand-basket. It's ashame that you stand & wait on an employee who says I will be right there but 10 min later is still sitting on his ass chatting with a fellow employee. Then you go to customer service to talk to a manager you're told they are outside but will be in in just a moment... Again you wait 5 min and the manager still does not come in nor did they bother to her. Can someone please explain to these people the difference between a minute & a few mome... read more

I was here for the monthly ladies night. It was awesome! As usual. One of the best things about living in Kitty Hawk is the Home Depot and their monthly ladies night. Home Depot ROCKS!
