Have someone in the Garden Dept. Currently not a soul to help or answer questions. . A couple of days ago I was there and an alarm was going but no one seemed to notice or care. In addition, I purchased an Ocotillo and checked it carefully at home. and and it is dead, dead. Should have checked it at the store. SELLING DEAD CACTUS PLANTS IS NOT A GOOD THING and I will return it for refund. Home Depot has always been good about returned merchandise but now I must return to the store which is rather inconvenient.

I am a single mom and purchased a washer, dryer and dishwasher from the store. I called because the dryer that I paid installation on was not working. I was told because i did not purchase the care program they could not help me. I paid someone to come and see it and it was installed incorrectly. I called the store and they couldn't find my purchase and manager hung up on me. The whole thing sounds wrong. I am tired of stores like this one treating women like this.
