Dear Home Depot Workers, I was very disappointed with the customer service I received or lack thereof. There were several workers that saw me struggling to lift a few boxes into my cart while trying to keep the cart from rolling away with my son in it. Not only is it common courtesy to help someone when theyre in your store it is also your JOB!!!
I would like to say a huge thank you to your employees! I dropped my card in the parking lot this past weekend. I called back in and one of the employees had found it and turned it in!! Thank you so much! Since I did not get a name I wanted to say thank you and I hope this finds its way back to you!! Good Karma to you :)
