I have had nothing but problems with home depot. No one has the right answers, always getting told different things. We have waited 3 weeks for special ordered cupboards to find out our cupboards came in but one is damaged so we have to wait yet again. We were told our flooring would be in within 5-7 days which was a lie. We also told the person that set up our delivery for our stove that it had to be delivered before 10 am because we had to work, we never got a call until about 11:15 and then wasn't delivered until almost n... read more

Not much to say really, but it's one of my favorite stores and it's like any other place you just gotta shop around for deals
Horrible customer service! It took forever to get help to place our order for flooring. When we went to pick it up the customer service desk couldn't find where they had put it. Very unorganized. The sales associates seem clueless. Next time we will stick with Lowes!
Was lied to about a fridge being new, completely unsatisfied with the customer service and will NEVER step foot in another Home Depot again! Don't waste your time, go to Lowe's!!
