picked up an item that needed to be loaded with forklift well that went not so well.. needless to say they will be fixing the tailgate..
Been on hold and disconnected twice trying to talk to someone (for over 30 minutes). I don’t think this store wants any business. Too bad.

I want to give a huge shout out to Tracy in appliances. I purchased and LG refrigerator in December 2018. After 40 days it is completely dead. LG has refused to find a solution so I went to Home Depot to see if I could return it. I am actually still in the return period but I cannot return it because I have to return a WORKING refrigerator. Tracy called LG and fought for me. It still is NOT resolved with LG (do NOT buy their products) but Tracy had a refrigerator delivered to my house for me to use until mine is fix or repla... read more
Tell you a date your stuff will be there. Show a week after there date.. there service should be better..
If I could give you a zero, I would. Mary, in flooring, laughed in my mother's face when confronted about a wrong doing on YOUR end. You should probably hire people who actually enjoy people and who aren't condescending *$$hats. Very rude customer service. Hire someone who knows what they're talking about.
Honestly our family used to love shopping at Home depot. However, after the last few visits we've decided we might as well take our service elsewhere. Today being the last straw. I understand tensions run high on the busiest shopping day of the year..but to never even get items in that are listed in your ad and then to pretty much tell the customers too bad so sad, instead of offering something, either a raincheck for the item or at least an apology. Pretty crappy customer service if you ask me.
Most of the people are very friendly.
