I have tried and tried again with the store. Personally, the employees have been pretty good for me. The problem I have is coming to town to shop, and finding shelves bare. It's always 'come back next week.' Criminy! I'm from out of town... I CAN'T come back next week. But: they won't sell you a floor model. Recently tried to buy a little chest freezer there. The only reason it's a 1 star is because you can't give it a negative. Sunday, August 23, 2015. Spoke with an associate in windows and blinds about an order that was changed at the lady moment and consequently 8 out of 12 blinds were incorrectly ordered. Said he would call the factory on Monday and I'd hear from him ASAP. It's now Friday.... No call.
I ordered over $9,000 worth of windows and doors from HOME DEPOT in May. I am still waiting for them to make good on it. They currently say they expect delivery at the end of OCTOBER. How's that for quality service?
