worst customer service ever I will never step foot in this store again
They need to know that handicap people can NOT walk as far as the had us do yesterday, try to tell them I left my oxygen in the car as I was going to use the cart, they stopped us from using the only one there. The teller was Very rude and would Not listened. It will be a very long time for us to go there again.
I would NOT recommend Home Depot to anyone wanting to get anything accomplished! We started a home makeover in May of 2019. Home Depot messes up the order several times. We’re still, January 2020, awaiting completion! Did you know they DON’T deliver even though they say they do? We made about 6 trips, 64 miles round trip, to pick up our orders. Awful customer service, they did an awful job having my mothers washer dryer set delivered. Something went wrong to where the delivery service forgot one piece, Home Depot didn’t check the delivery service, then they basically told my dad it wasn’t their problem and are now trying to get us to pick up the missing piece. Ridiculous. Shop locally, folks.
really great help and the girl worked in shipping and receiving. she knew more about the store than one of the regulars. customer service lady was very great help too.
The service was terrible, and we waited over an hour for something to be brought to the front. We will be going some place else next time.
I purchased a DeWalt 20volt impact/drill set, and in 4 months of light use my drill will cutout intermittently. I do understand the return policy is 30 days but with me being a loyal customer spending 10,000$ in the last month I figured you would let me upgrade with me paying the difference. Also I went out of my way to change my drywall (230pcs) delivery due to the fact your truck driver was going on vacation. He damaged almost 30 pieces of drywall that I had to return on my own time. Absolutely worst service ever. Ordered cupboards never showed up. Talked to all managers, they don't care. Leo you are a joke.
