Better quality lumber and other stuff. Friendly employees, pay a little more but well worth it.

I have had countless issues with service here over the years. I went there to buy a stove that the website said available at this store and in stock. Turns out the only one was a display model, which I was fine with. They would not sell it to me because of Black Friday coming up but told me if I came back Friday they could sell it to me then. What makes my money better on Black Friday then Wednesday??? How does that help me with my busted stove today? Do you really think I wanted to be shopping for a stove on my lunch hour t... read more

went to Home Depot today to buy a grill. we wanted one in a box and he wouldn't sell us one because the boxes were damaged by the fork lift that put them on the shelf. we left without a grill and was very unhappy. why would you put a grill on the shelf that was damaged. Was he just too lazy to get one down for us? Sale lost. Grill may have been fine...box was damaged.....

I would suggest pulling wood items yourself, or having a friend do it. If the sales associates pull it plan on ordering 25 Percent more to make up for the lack of quality you receive. Nothing like starting a project, getting to the destination and finding that 1/4 to 1/3 of the material is sub-standard.

They don’t deserve a one star but I had to give the a rating. Waited 20 mins after asking for assistance and still no one came to help. I will not go back there again.

If they had an Rv?travel trailer section that mirrored their on line section of 26 pages it would rally be nice. What they do have is so far tucked away that even the employees are at a loss for just where it is. Improvements bring in the business and we really could use a good place to shop for the things we need for our campers.
