Highly recommend Home Depot. Fully stocked, clean store, helpful staff, Easy returns, Military Discount. EVERYTHING MENARDS IS NOT! We have built our whole house around Home Depot for the past 30 years. We recently updated our kitchen and bath appliances and faucets, toilet, lighting fixtures, and will continue to buy from Home Depot. Thank you for giving exceptional service.
I spent thousands of dollars on a lawn tractor and I am having problems after less than 6 months. This store in Mount Pleasant offered absolutely NO help. Your store is NOT customer friendly and I will not purchase ANYTHING from a Home Depot EVER again. You have a Terrible store.
I love Behr paint and one sales staff who has helped me over the years! However, Although your sales staff are wearing masks you don’t require your customers to wear them—value your staff please! Also there could be X marks on the floor by carts and other places to encourage social distancing. I was waiting patiently while the customer in front of me got their cart but then 2 other customers ignored social distancing walked right by me on each side grabbing their cart and they were not wearing masks.
Lady check out clerk ,not wearing a mask gave me a political talk as I was checking out last week.I don't need to risk my life when I can go to Menard's safely .
05/11/2020 Observation: Unfortunately, this location does not require or enforce it's customers to wear face masks. Not safe for public.
“Sammy” at the customer service desk is the rudest person that I’ve ever met. I placed an online order and got the email that it was ready. Went in to get it and she was like nope can’t find it after barely looking. Stated that my money could be refunded. Asked to speak to a manager and when he came up the order magically appeared in a cart right next to where she was standing. She was rude to the employees as well yelling at them to get out from behind the counter. This woman should NOT be dealing with the public. I will go... read more
A employee that was working was not very helpful, and actually laughed at me while I was trying to explain what I was wanting to do with the items I was buying. Horrible experience.
