Worst place ever! With my extremely high credit score they wouldn’t give me a credit card! Seriously? Went to Lowe’s and have been so much happier!
I just asked them for boxes they were throwing away right in front of me for the school. They told me to go to Lowe’s because they will destroy the boxes before giving them away. Real class act by the people at Horsham Home Depot!!!
Having used this Home Depot to renovate an entire apt bldg & our home for 22 years , I am now disgusted with their service . We ordered an expensive front door & storm door at the beginning of July. They said it would take 3 weeks to come in & offered us 24 months to pay using their cc. It's now 8/31 & no door, called store numerous times to speak with manager only to be told, you will get a call back same day. Still nothing , still no door. I purchased a Dyson Ball vacuum online from Home Depot 3 years ago. It was a one day special (but still expensive). It never worked properly after the first couple of uses. The vacuum is guaranteed for 5 years. I kept the box and receipt. I tried to return it to the Montgomeryville store and the customer service department said they could not do anything about it and that I needed to ship it back to Dyson. We recently purchased a home not far from this location and I just have to say after spending a few thousand dollars at this store and dealing with almost every Departments staff, this is a phenomenally run Home Depot. Even when we've had minor issues like being double-charged for an expensive item, during check out and not noticing it for a day or so, I have been able to call them speak to the manager to explain the situation to get the refund done.
