So disappointed to go into Home Depot yesterday and not one employee was wearing a mask. If mask are to protect the other person. What does that say about Home Depot caring about their customers.
Purchase a washer and dryer, for my Mother, March 3. They were supposed to deliver it, Saturday, March 14. They called and couldn't deliver it until the following Monday, March 15. After they came on the 15th they couldn't install her washer and dryer she needs plumbing work done, she had it done that day. After 2 days finally got someone to call me back now the delivery date is March 25, a week away. Never again will I buy anything from them. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from the Winchester Home Depot and it was delivered on November 27, 2017. After it was installed I noticed 2 dents in the doors. I called the delivery guy and he said if I would keep it, I would received payment from Samsung for $150.00. I agreed to this and it is now January 29, 2018 with no payment.
