RecommendedI’ve been having issues with designing My fireplace for my master bedroom- Dwayne offer to help me as soon as I walked in the door! Took my all around the store looking for ideas! It was beyond helpful- hands down the most helpful Home Depot persons I’ve ever worked with! In fact all the staff was super friendly while in the store!! Keep up the great work!!
Purchased a kitchen stove June 1st, 20 from Home Depot (Kirksville) that website said was in stock. It wasn't!!! Paid for it and they said it was back ordered and would be delivered July 20th. Delayed again until Aug 20th, then Aug 27th, Now they say Sept 3rd. I call BS on this store. Will not waste another dime at HD.
I walked into Menards in Kirksville last week. The young lady stopped me, requiring a mask. I held out a picture of the $450 pressure washer I came to purchase....”no sir, I’m sorry...”. Me, “Ok, I’ll go buy it somewhere else.” Home Depot is literally next door (They share an entrance. H.D. was there first. That’s one big predatory-business strike against Menards in my book), but I digress... I walked into HD, found a better pressure washer for $150 Less! No mask required. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT
We have had one incredible employee that we have worked with in this store. If it weren't for him, I would return every thing we've purchased during this remodel. The customer service and lack of willingness to help is terrible.
I bought a Samsung gas range from Home Depot in Kirksville Missouri it does not work when going through the papers come to find out this gas range had been owned by two other people and had been returned and sold to me and it is definitely broken I’ve been waiting for three hours for the oven to reach 400° and it is never reached above 205 definitely disappointed I hope they make things right tomorrow I have a Thanksgiving dinner to cook

I will take survey as well but you have some good employees that take care of your customers! Everyone needs to shop here!
No service in the store...was there today and waited over 20 minutes to get assistance and no one ever showed up so I put my merchandise back on the shelf and left...don't expect any help thru the week in this store...just ordered flooring from them a few weeks ago and I wish I could just cancel my order and go somewhere else...
