No cashiers’ at registers. Wait where are the registers? Only self serve aisle. Waited for a man building a deck to lift and scan all the footings. Too bad Amazon doesn’t carry wood, or do they? I had one item and had to wait for a register to open. Employees walking around doing nothing. Will be shopping at Lowe’s for my hardware needs everything else, I will order from Amazon, the wait isn’t as long.
When they delivered and installed our dishwasher, they didn't use, or leave the new installation kit that we paid for. A week later, we had a leak in our basement which lead to the dishwasher. They were supposed to come out and fix it the following Wednesday. Called Tuesday night to confirm a time frame, than never showed up. Very, very poor customer service.

Always a good experience .we were in there the other day and a gentleman named Bart was very helpful and insightful for a decking project we were doing would like to send him a great big thank you
