The appliance delivery system is a joke! They promise delivery on a certain day, and the appliances never arrive
If a retail store has there inventory available for public viewing online, it should be correct! There is no excuse to not have in stock at least half of what you say you have in stock! What kind of business is this?! This is unacceptable! Why would management think that this is acceptable?

Every time I go to this Home Depot which is quite often, the staff are always very helpful and nice. It is a wonderful store.
Went in to purchase a John Deere Z345M. Purchased the item and after loading it onto the trailer the salesperson began to leave without turning over keys or owner’s manual. When asked about both they said they'd be back. After waiting 20 mins. they returned to say they could not locate the keys but could mail them and we MIGHT have them in a WEEK or so! The item was promptly returned. HOW DO YOU SELL AN ITEM WITHOUT HAVING ALL NECESSARY PARTS?! Unreal!!
We went to Home Depot and spent quite some time there. Dad was looking at tool chests so my adult son Noah with autism and I walked around for a bit. We came across a lovely employee named Tracy. She was so sweet and started talking to us. Noah kept talking about vacuuming and making vacuum noises. The night shift workers are some of the most rudest and laziest people I have met in any of the stores I visit. I won't deliver to this store again because of it
Everytime I shop here the employees are zero help. Worst customer service EVER. They actually avoid eye contact, never ask if you need help and if you do catch one to ask a question it's like your bothering them. Ice literally wandered around this store for over an hour without being greeted or acknowledged by employees. Must be a training tactic used by Home Depot. They lack customer relation and seem to forget customers pay their wages. I only shop here for things I cannot get anywhere else. Sad...
