I bought numerous plants as we own a landscape business and one of the bushes we purchased died , I called to to how to return it and as I didn’t have my receipt from last June was told just to bring the plant with the tag attached . We do as told and then I’m told they can’t return it without receipt ! Along with attitudes . Worst customer service ever . Looks like some other store will be getting our business from now on
BUYER BEWARE !! I usually NEVER enter to win anything. Saturday we went in and the guy at the door said Register for a $100 gift card to be given away today. So my husband and I filled out the little form. Bright and early Sunday morning we received a call on each of our cell phones trying to get us to commit to testing on our home water quality! Got another one today also. SHAME ON YOU, HOME DEPOT! BAIT AND SWITCH AND A BIG FAT LIE!
I am a woman owned business and pro member. Prior to moving closer to this store Batavia was my go to. I was in this store yesterday and will NEVER set foot in it again. I will drive the 20 minutes to the Batavia store. I've given this store numerous opportunities and only disappointment. One trip I waited 20 minutes for help in lumber and the only associate was on lunch. Yesterday I needed an item that I purchased the same item 2 weeks ago. Now to be told "we don't know where it is". Understaffed as usual. Went to the one in Geneva instead and bought my appliance.
