Bought an entry door in early Sept. the door has arrive and sitting in my garage since early Oct. no one in the store responds, have gone in personally and still no one sets up installation. I need my money back. Home Depot takes the money within 24hrs but no service or courtesy calls. Avoid this store
Had such an amazing experience today at Home Depot ... HUGE thanks to Jeff , Alan , Henry and Victor ! We were there for quite a while and they answered EVERY question we threw at them and gave us great advice and recommended exactly what we needed ..... THANK YOU ❤️
my daughter and daughter-in-law did a workshop lady night, everyone was so welcoming and helpful! we had a blast.
I will never shop there again. I ordered and paid $4450 for an entry door on 8/3/19. I received a call on 8/22 telling me my door was in the store. I've been trying to set up an installation date since then. Each time I call, I am bounced around from department to department with nobody answering the phone. Not once, has anyone in the door department or installation answered the phone. I've left my name and number multiple times and have never received a call back. Wonderful people working there to help you do business
The Marlboro Home Depot has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Ive been in the store several times and nobody is ever around to pull items or give assistance. You probably could just walk right out the door with items because then they would to actually do something.
Today I had the pleasure of visiting a Home Depot in Marlboro and to my great surprise I experienced racism for the first time since I have lived in the area. I went to the kitchen\bath area asking for a quote on bathroom cabinets and met with an employee named Jeff. Before even asking me any questions about what I was looking for, he assumed that I couldn’t possibly afford custom cabinets so he suggested that I look at the website for “cheaper” options instead of sitting down with me and asking me about my specific needs. The only store I know that closes registers when the only other thing is self checkout open and you have lumber to buy .So I went to Lowe's !
