When I approached the rep to ask a question about tile, he said he had to bring a pallet delivery to the front of the store and after, he had another customer in front of me. I asked about how long it might be and he responded by saying "whatever it takes ". It took him longer to tell me why he couldn't help me than it would've taken to answer my quick question - which was "which are the wall specific tile"? But what does it matter that we write a review? Nothing will change. The employees will go on to be nasty to the next ... read more
