It's hard to find someone who is actually knowledgeable to help you. Employees walk around talking on their cell phones and with each other while ignoring customers who are needing help. My kids love the Kids Workshop but it is very disorganized and there have been many times we have gone and not been able to find it. Very disappointing.
We went in to buy a grill and the associate in the department was busy shooting the breeze with another customer. Waited 20 min for the associate to finish as well as us asking others for help but being told that associate would help us. Finally he finished and said he would find someone to get the grill down. Your plants after the last week in June is downright pathetic, your prices are way overblown and your selection sucks. I have walked out of the store more than once with nothing. AND! Every time I show up your grass is being watered to the point of puddles... in a time of conservation this makes me sick. This is a disgusting display of waste. Home Depot used to be my playground, not any longer finding another place to go.
Poor customer service, and that includes the manager that was on the floor yesterday. I will say the young lady at the self serve register was kind and great with customer service. Kristy or Kristine. The others I interacted with need improvement.
Complete lack of service as always. Go to buy granite counters and the lady tells us she can answer a question but can't help us because someone called in sick. Well...fix the issue it's the weekend. Call someone in or have a floater between departments...figure it out...you're a business. If you can't figure that out then maybe it's time for new management and employees because there always seems to be an issue with this store. We can take our kitchen remodel somewhere else. Lowes is just down the street.
Great place to get all your home necessities!! Love my Morrison store!! Very friendly!
