RecommendedHome Depot offers good products at competitive prices but be very careful if you use their delivery service. I took a day of vacation in order to be at home for a washer and dryer delivery. The store scheduled it and confirmed the delivery with a email. We were getting conflicting information from different associates regarding kitchen backsplash installation. Don, in the Winter Haven Home Depot design centre, took ownership and got us all sorted out and booked.We were very pleased with his service.Thank you.
I have called 8 timedday and asked for customer service and manager and not one single time has the phone been picked up. My husband even went by after work and said there was nobody at the customer service desk and when he was finally asked by a guy that walked up if he needed help and he said yes he said the guy just said OK and turned and walked away, why can't I get a person on the phone and why can't we find help in person?
Thankyou to the following staff members for getting me through the holidays with patience and kindness and much guidance,Jamie in Garden, Lizzie and Dilip at registers. I was at Home Depot many times and they all were always kind and hardworking. They did there jobs with a smile and were very courteous. Thankyou very much for everything and I am sure I will be there in the New Year.
charge 1100 dollars to install hot electric hot water heater. they were here 3 hours 1 left and went home. other than draining tank it was no more than 45 minutes work
Waited for a employee from appliances they never showed even after 3 pages, was told a manager would be there soon to help us out…. Well we never saw the manager but two great employees from lumber named Jacob and Taur came over and helped us get a stove so we could cook our Christmas dinner since our stove had stopped working. Jacob and Taur went over and beyond to help us out!!!
This morning I was helped by a young man with blonde hair who carried out my heavy salt bags to my car for me and with a smile. I didn’t get his name! But he is a great asset to this store! And I commend him!!
If anyone would like a job at The Home Depot 2750 Veterans Road West in a Staten Island. You can stand around and talk and do nothing for a paycheck. The manager and the cashiers are annoyed when you question why they don’t work or have the adequate employees to purchase an item. Cashier actually laying across the counter doing absolutely nothing. It’s a preferable option for employment since I currently do checkout in multiple stores without any forms of compensation.
I was a customer since 2019 but I was told one thing by customer service and then another thing by another. I paid off my account and will shop at Lowe’s.
