Where are all the workers? how about someone who knows the department they are working in. Customer service definatley needs some work. Time for the FES to do some training on Service connected disability for Military Discount. Not impressed. expect more from SM,ASM,SASM, DH.
I ordered flooring materials and scheduled an installation date. I asked if my slightly uneven floors would be a problem and was assured that they would level the floor if it was. The day of installation the installers stopped after half an hour saying my floors are too uneven for the floor I chose. I had to return all the items and when I got my refund, was still charged $125 dollars for the installers traveling to my house. I checked the store hours before making the 25 minute drive to this location. I arrive at 6:45 and the store is completely dark! Front door says 7pm as well but also no one there. No clue why they were closed. Waste of an hour.

I'm very upset with the customer service I have received at this Home Depot. I'm trying to return merchandise that I bought in store and have my receipt within 90 days and I have gotten nothing but run around. The manager Johanna has not called me after numerous calls and visits to the store. Called again today, now ALL the managers were in a meeting and not ONE was available to speak to me! BEWARE shopping here, their employees mis inform you and when you have a problem everyone runs and hides!!! It is pitiful!
