HD had everything we needed. But, I didn’t receive my Military Discount on everything I purchased, and I am wondering why. I usually receive discounts on wood, but this visit, among other things, I purchased 100 fence boards, 1”x6’x6”but didn’t notice it until I got home that there was no itemized discount applied. This is unusual.
The lady in front acted like she was on nerve meds really slow talking and didn't recall I was already on a open register after taken me to the cactus that was on sale after buying the plant I noticed flowers was glued on w asnt the actual flower... thank home depot I was wanting a center color.... but guess I will take whatever....awful service

First trip to your store to get bed slats cut, I was told I needed to purchase oak boards and needed the specific length. Checked with Grand Furniture to see what kind of wood they used for their bed slats, just to confirm what I already knew, pine boards. Returned to your store today, specifically requested 3 pine boards to be cut with 60 inch lengths, the young man put the boards on the cutting machine, I watched him measure, with great difficulty, he placed the boards in the cutting machine, I paid for the boards, came ho... read more
Today after an issue with the 3rd party delivery team who made several terrible mistakes, Shannon sent Sky and Daniel out with our new fridge. Although either are normally not involved with installs they were fantastic! I found them polite, professional, and absolutely an asset to any corporation. Well done folks. I will gladly send anyone I know to you after my experience.
The customer service needs friendlier people helping when you ask a question
We bought a microwave yesterday. The fella had to get a fork lift and get it down. We were in the area and looking around. Then we hear, "here's your microwave"!!!! So my husband and I go there and the employee just stands there waiting for us to take the big microwave box off the HOME DEPOT cart and onto ours! My husband has had 2 back surgeries! There was no effort on the other guys part to pick it up himself!...and he did not even help my husband in lifting the microwave box!
