Ordered and paid for a chest freezer this morning. Got a confirmation email and drove over an hour to pick it up. Only to be told that they didn’t have it in stock? Half the employees in the store were standing around talking with each other, but not one person had the skills needed to call and tell me that my order had been cancelled? Not even an email? Horrible service, never been in a Home Depot and seen so many employees doing nothing ( although someone had checked the stock room and realized there was no freezer there).... read more

I was in your store last night try to find some wood. There was nobody around to help me find what I was looking for. Once I found what I was looking for the girl running the resgister by the lumber section was very rude and unhelpful. Needless to say I decided not to purchase the wood and decided to go to Lowe’s where they were a lot more friendly and helpful. That girl needs to learn something about customer service. If she treated the customers where I work like that she wouldn’t have a job!
Horriable service tonight. Will be calling customer care when they open. Even after notifying management things got worse. Probably just going to a Lowes from now on this happens everytime I go in.
Rented a Boom from their tools. The thing broke. The Compact Power guy (owned by Home Depot) came and told that its fine to use it and helped us balance. Later he reported abuse of the equipment and Home Depot charged me $1900 (kept my deposit as well). Been 2 months, guys giving me run around nothing! I have spent $60,000 this year on buying stuff from HD and this is how they repay my loyalty. What a shame!!
