We had the WORST experience at the Auburn store with a "Pro Service associate" ( eyes rolling) and will NEVER, and I do mean EVER, buy , no , I will NEVER enter that store again!!!!! AND, I've been spreading the word around about just how terrible our experience was!!!!! BOOO on you Home Depot for employing such rude and sarcastic people to represent your store!!!!!
I bought a hot tub years ago and all hook ups was supplied by Home Depot. Electrical dept put together all the breakers ect. Yesterday they could not supply me a breaker for tye one that went bad. The hot tub has jets malfunctioning and the home Depot can't help as their supplier went belly up. Not good service on this issue. How ever other depts are very good.
Terrible! Can't even honor their own online prices even after their own employee tells me that it's a "dirt cheap " item so that's why it's sold so cheap. Never again will I step foot into this store. I'd rather bring my business elsewhere and get better service. If it was possible to give no stars I would.
Great service today, always am asked if I need any help. Any process is explained. Great online pick up experience too!
I love the kid workshops I love doing them they are awesome
