Love the work shops the staff is great!
DO NOT order flooring from them because the customer service is horrible! When trying to ask questions about an upcoming installation, no one is able to give a concrete answer, and you will get a different answer to the same question. Furthermore, all of my supplies were not delivered. When I tried to explain the situation to Angela, she was not interested in rectifying the situation. Overall, I would not recommend this Home Depot store because customer service is obviously not their main priority.
I want to thank Nick, who spent time helping me find the right chainsaw this morning, even though the store was very busy. In fact, from what I could see, the whole staff was cheerful and helpful even though they must all have had the same issues from the storm that we did - thank you!
Your staff has renewed my faith in helpful happy people! I found the flooring I wanted and also purchased the 2x2 stakes for the yard. There was no price on the stakes so I went and found help. The young man who helped me with the stakes asked what I was going to use them for and didn't bat an eyelash when I told him I was moonlighting as a Vampire Hunter. he was very helpful and also kept eye contact while speaking to me, I appreciate that immensely.
I go to Home Depot quite often. They seem to have what I need from cleaning supplies to holiday decorations to moving supplies. The employees there are always helpful and friendly. I'm always greeted by at least one employee whenever I shop there. Keep up the great job that y'all do, I know retail is not easy work.
