Your people need to be trained when it comes to Veterans. I was denied a discount at the service desk. She said my card expired in 1975, DUH!! That's when My enlistment was over, not sure if I needed to be expired also.. Her supervisor wouldn't even talk to me.. Go figure!!
Very disrespectful. I guess my husband needs his DD 2 14 at this location. His original military identification card wasn't good enough for a Veterans discount.
To the worker in the garden center at Home Depot, thank you for being so understanding and accommodating to my son (he is autistic). You never know how people react when a strange boy comes up and grabs your hand to hold. You didn't flinch, you didn't yank your hand away, instead you talked to him and asked him how he was. You were so incredibly nice. I wish I had gotten your name to be able to tell management. We need more people in this world like you.
Rude workers and cause problems to others for no reason
I rented a 35ft tow behind lift this morning. The plug on the trailer wiring looked like it had been drug down the highway. After I bent everything back straight where I could plug it in only one tail light worked. The lift is supposed to be self leveling. I spent more time trying to level the lift, so it would operate, than I did working. Thanks for the waste of $300. I don't recommend anyone rent anything from them.
