Contractor and Large orders Wish I could say the same about contractor and large orders. I've spent about $15,000 in the last 6 months and the service level has been terrible. I guess HD only values small orders, go figure. I am still waiting to have them sort out a window that was made totally out of square and as a result will not function. great prices on landscape supplies you cannot miss the prices on their plants! blows all other nurseries away! and the friendly folks there are amazing! Kurtz in the plant section is amazingly knowledgeable...and a sweetheart to boot!

Incompetance Clerk was too busy watching Broncos game to return my credit card and of course the manager couldn't find the clerk or my card. $600 garage door took 3 weeks to get a phone call for installation and as we speak the installers should be here in less than one minute of our two hour window installation. I have been on hold with Home Depot for 15 minutes at this time with no resolution.

Don't Special Order from Eagan Home Depot We special-ordered a Levelor, black-out shade from this store. When it finally came, it was the wrong shade (not a black-out). We called the store to tell them that this shade was incorrect. They told us that there was nothing they could do for us because it was a special order and they could not return it to Levolor. Plain and simple, the salesman left out the part about it being a black-out, resulting in a very opaque shade. The complete opposite of what we wanted. You rely on them... read more

Very helpful I needed a receipt for past installation work that was over 2 years old. A Sharon helped me over the phone and took the time to look through old archieved files to locate what I needed. They have always been very helpful in our remodel of our home even when we were not using them to install. This recent help at locating a receipt went above and beyond their "normal" expertise.

Employees make the store! I wish Home Depot was a little more organized (I think they could learn from Lowe's on that part) but their employees are the best and take whatever time is needed to help. I have been there a number of times and am never disappointed. Of course the products are good, but that's to be expected.

home supplies I found the store to have a great variety of things that i needed and that the staff were very helpful.
